On September 4, 2018, the first stage of the KMK Investment TOO production plant for the production of high-tech cable and wire products was launched ($ 20.3 million). The company allocated a land plot (7.3 ha) in the territory of IZ.

KMK Investment is an enterprise introduced at the expense of 100% of Russian investments (The main activity of the Estralin company is the production of cable with cross-linked polyethylene insulation of 6-220 kV, the supply of cable and cable accessories 110-500 kV).

It is equipped with unique "Siemens" technologies, allowing to produce products of international standards. This plant will provide the country's market with innovative, environmental cable products.
